** Sponsored by Sheldon Bosley Knight, Rosconn Land and Parkinson Wright **
Tuesday 24 September 2019
Deer Park Hall, Eckington, Pershore WR10 3DN
8.00am – 11.00am
Following the success of the diversification event on 30 April in Stratford upon Avon we are holding a similar seminar on this subject in the Pershore area.
With Brexit, market volatility and potential changes to Basic Payment Scheme, it is more important than ever to consider diversification prospects on agricultural holdings to make them sustainable for the future. This seminar provides a guide to identifying and making the most of these opportunities, together with information on the legal, planning and legislative considerations.
Starting with breakfast rolls at 8.00am the seminar will provide an essential guide on how to identify and exploit development and diversification opportunities, together with information on the legal implications:
- Daniel Jackson of Sheldon Bosley Knight will explain all about Class Q permitted development rules and give examples
- Daniel O’Donnell of Rosconn Land will be covering Promotion Agreements
- Tony Rowland of Sheldon Bosley Knight will talk about the commercial letting of agricultural buildings
- Douglas Goodwin of Parkinson Wright solicitors will give the legal perspective on property management
The seminar will be chaired by James Walton of Sheldon Bosley Knight.
Following the presentations there will be plenty of opportunity for questions and networking and the seminar will close at 11.00am
