We are professional growers, seeking a small plot around 3 acres (2 acres grazing for two retired horses) and approx 1 acre for productive professional market gardening (rent or buy).

We are eco-friendly, no dig/till, working with the land and nature, biodiversity etc and also have our own static caravan available (Off Grid) if needed, as we wish to be able to live on site where we are growing, or, if there is a small affordable property available that would be a bonus. Grazing wanted for lambs and/or horses

Desperately seeking some grazing for ten lambs which will be kept as pets. If appropriate and not in area close to where I keep my horses I would like to move them too. Music Rehearsal Studio available

Rehearsal studio available, located in the grounds of a farmhouse on the outskirts of Hinckley, very clean & dry, Electricity included with the rent. loads of power points for amps, available 24/7. Lots of parking. The room is very secure, located in the courtyard of a farmhouse accessed via a locked entrance gateway. I have had a rock band practising here for the last 3 years, they have been able to make as much noise as they wanted, whenever they wanted without disturbing anybody at all. They have been very happy, but sadly now are all moving to different parts of the country, so the room will soon be up for grabs.
